Setup and breakdown
Photo printing is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.
Our standard packages focus on a premium digital experience, allowing guests to instantly receive their photos by text, email, or AirDrop.
We recommend a minimum setup area of 10' x 10' with access to a nearby standard electrical outlet and WiFi.
If your venue has limited space, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your setup.
To protect the integrity and quality of our equipment, we only book indoor events.
We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event to complete setup and testing so everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Setup and breakdown time is included in your rental but does not count toward your event hours.
Yes! We proudly serve Collin county and surrounding counties at this time.
Travel outside our standard service area may incur a travel fee.

Every event includes a customized photo template featuring your event name, date, colors, logo (if applicable), or theme.

Yes.
Soirée & Light Photo Booth Co. is fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided to venues upon request.
To officially reserve your date, we require:
A signed rental agreement
A 25% non-refundable retainer
Your reservation is confirmed once both have been received.
The final payment is due 14 days before your scheduled event.
All major credit/debit cards and electronic payments.
Retainers are non-refundable because they secure your event date.
If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
